Ënneschte Bësch – a stone’s throw from the city centre, this forest reservation area (87 ha) in Bertrange offers lush vegetation, ancient trees, peace & quiet. A perfect place to chill out after work and practice shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing” developed in Japan during the 1980s). This is also a wonderful area for runners with its parcours.
DEPARTURE: at 7:00 PM from PIRATE SHIP in the city park, at the intersection between Boulevard du Prince Henri and Avenue Monterey. Please be there on time.
ROUTE: We will follow the road, next we will join PC 9 and PC Bertrange to reach the entrance to the reservation forest.
LENGTH: around 25 minutes to reach the destination. Overall duration: less than 1.5 hrs.
TYPE OF BICYCLE: any bike with good brakes and lights, Velo’h will do as well.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: a set of lights.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL: easy.
